These sessions will consist of strength training, endurance training, stretching, and much more to help maximize your progress over the four weeks
Nutrition Consultation (with Select Packages)
This consultation will identify exactly how many calories you need to eat for your activity level and goal, how much fat, protein, and carbohydrates you need to eat, how much water you need to drink, and at about what pace you should expect to see progress. This is completely custom to your body.
InBody Test (with Select Packages)
This is the Golden Standard for measuring exactly how much muscle, water, and fat you have in your body. It will also identify your Basal Metabolic Rate so we can calculate your specific caloric needs.
SFH Protein Powder (with Select Packages)
We will provide you with one months supply of Local, Grass Fed Whey Protein to help support your workouts and build lean muscle. Flavors Include: Tropical, Vanilla, Chocolate, Churro, Plain
Customized Meal Plan with Grocery List (with Select Packages)
We will take your calorie needs and use it to create a meal plan and grocery list specific to you. This way, you’ll know exactly what you need to eat to see success!
Access to Weekly Yoga Recovery Class (with Select Packages)
As an added bonus, we’re throwing in a free yoga class every saturday at 9:30am during the time of the bootcamp! This is located at Hybrid Fitness on Thomaston Main Street!
