As your Trainers and Success Coaches, we understand that you are busy and may not want to be an Olympic Athlete or a Professional Exerciser. You probably just want to fit into your clothes better, feel stronger, have more energy, and feel good. Taking that into consideration, we will give you a plan that will not only get you results, but help you attain consistent results so you can enjoy great health for years to come.
I love being challenged to do things I would not push myself to do on my own. Everyone is so encouraging and friendly. Everyone is able to work at their own pace and modify when necessary. I also love that some of my friends from work go to the classes. We give each other encouragement, pep talks during the day and share tips to get more protein and good food finds. It's all good! .

How Do I Get Started?
To Get Started, all you need to do is fill out the short form at the top of this page. From there, we will contact you to setup a free Goal Setting Session up with your New Personal Success Coach. This is the first step to the 21 Day Jump Start.
In this meeting, we'll discuss your goals, your schedule, and provide you with a very simple "habit" plan to follow. This habit plan will focus on nutrition and exercise habits that we can start integrating into your everyday life, one step at a time.
We'll introduce you to our 21 Day Jump Start Program, our 3 week, No Commitment trial period where we will setup a customized workout plan together for you.
This will give us the opportunity to "test drive" the plan we have put in place so we can fine tune it before moving into a longer term program!
I'm not sure what I was afraid of. I have never joined a gym before. I don't know how many times I clicked on the 21 day challenge and didn't follow through. Joining Hybrid Fitness is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Hunter and Susan are the best. Encourging me to do better but in a great way. And I look forward to working out with everyone that is there each and every day. I was never athletic but there is no judgement at this gym. So glad I joined.

Okay.. This Sounds Great, But How Much Does It Cost?
The 21 Day Jump Start Program Price can vary depending on what we think would work best for you. However, no matter what your budget, we have something that can work for you.
Our gym isn't the typical show up, use whatever equipment, do your own thing type of deal. We offer what we call "Group Personal Training".
Our Expert Trainers will write the workouts for you, teach you how to perform them safely, and coach you through them. We also understand that we'll have people of all different ages and fitness levels, so we are prepared to give you harder or easier versions of each exercise.
If you have an injury that you've been cleared for by your doctor, we can help strengthen that area or work around that injury, depending on what we, and your doctor, sees most appropriate.
And if you feel like you need something even more personalized, we offer 1 on 1 Personal Training that will help you make progress even faster.
Group Personal Training could sound expensive, but we've made it very affordable.
We can go over the price and our different packages in our meeting together!
As a man, I was self conscious because I had gotten a belly and felt like I was too out of shape. My conception of a gym was high school memories of the weak guy getting picked on by the muscle bound meat head. The crew at Hybrid Fitness is very welcoming and I soon found that I was among a group of people that I could work with without feeling like I was competing with anyone. Its not all about heavy weights either. I quickly learned that some of the cardio workouts were far more challenging than heavy lifting. I have only just begun, But I feel like I can be myself and have a lot of fun while getting a butt kicking workout.

1. InBody Body Fat % Scan
Sometimes the scale at home doesn't tell you the entire story about what's going on with your body. The InBody does. It will tell you not only how much you weigh, but how much of that weight is muscle, water, and fat.
We've had people come in with weight loss goals, and they've gained weight! But when we measured them with the InBody, we found that they gained muscle, increased the amount of water in their bodies, and burnt fat. Their Body Fat Percentage dropped, and their clothes fit better! This is a complimentary service we provide to all of our members every three months!
2. Goal Session Meetings
In your 21 Day Jump Start, we are going to set some goals for you to shoot for every single day, in the form of habits. You're going to find pretty quick that you're going to get so good at them that you'll need new ones! If you continue after your Jump Start, every three months you'll meet with your success coach to review your progress and keep moving forward!
3. Private Accountability Facebook Group
Here you'll be able to interact with all of the gym members, but also receive daily tips and motivation on how to be the healthiest version of yourself. We also do Habit Checks, so each day our coaches can give you feedback on your goals you set!
4. 10% Off at Supplement Store
At Hybrid Fitness, we only carry the Highest Quality Protein Powder and Fish Oil that we trust in your body. As a member, you can purchase any of our items for 10% what you'd normally pay!

We know you're busy, and that committing to an hour a day will take some scheduling. That's why we've made our schedule extremely flexible.
Unlike other gyms and group training around, we offer 33 classes per week, all at the most convenient times for busy moms and dads. You are NEVER locked into one time period.
That's right. NEVER. That means that if something unexpected pops up, you can always come to another one of our classes that day. You don't have to worry about spending money and if one time doesn't work for you, you lose your money.
