Owner & Coach
Hunter is a lifelong Mainer who built Hybrid to be the gym he wished existed when he started his own training journey. He's been coaching adults in the Midcoast for over a decade and is happiest when a client realizes they're stronger than they thought. Outside the gym, he's chasing his daughter Lainey around with his wife Melissa.
Director of Operations
Dusty brings a calm, dialed-in presence to every session. His coaching style meets you where you are and pushes you exactly as much as you need. Never more, never less.
Coach
Cathy grew up in NH surrounded by a large, loving family, where she learned generosity and hard work. She models that for her own two children every day. She was inspired to become a fitness coach while searching for ways to get healthy after a life-threatening illness, and she brings that same lived-in empathy to every client she works with.
Head Coach
Brandon started training as a high school athlete and fell in love with the science of strength & conditioning along the way. He's exceptional at giving clients the extra push to get stronger safely, and he goes above and beyond to make sure every client feels comfortable and supported on the floor.
Coach
Silas loves watching people surprise themselves. Hitting a strength goal, moving pain-free, or realizing they can do way more than they thought. He's coached in big gyms, small studios, and a physical therapy clinic. Outside the gym, you'll find him skiing, hiking, fishing, or playing trombone. Ask him about the Mongolian throat singing.
Yes. That's literally who we built this place for. The majority of our clients start in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s with little or no recent training experience. Every workout is coached and scaled to where you actually are.
